REGISTRATION
There are several options for participation in the Sizemat4 Conference – Basic, Standard, Premium, Non-Presenter and Virtual.
During the registration process, please select the most suitable option according to your preferences.
The Basic option includes:

Access to all scientific sessions and learning materials

Opportunity to present your latest scientific findings

Access to the Welcome reception and Social events

Tea, coffee and refreshments according to the program breaks

Your abstract published in the Book of Abstracts

Access to the live sessions online streaming
In case a participant is not able to stay for the full duration of the Conference, there is the possibility to receive a reduction on the Standard and Premium registration categories. For more details, please contact the Organizing committee.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Before submitting an abstract, the participant must register for the SizeMat4 Conference and pay the registration fees. Abstracts submitted by non-registered abstract submitters will not be reviewed.
Every participant can submit up to 3 abstracts. For each abstract please submit a separate Abstract Submission form.
Contributions should comply with the scope of the Conference thematic and list of topics. During the submission process, please select the topic from the list of topics that best corresponds to the abstract.
If you are not sure which topic is most suitable, please consult with the Conference Organizers. The Organizers reserve their right to allocate abstracts to a different topic should it be more suitable. In such cased the abstract submitter will be informed.
Please use the “Abstract Template” when preparing the abstract. The abstract should not exceed two A4 pages with margins 2.5 cm from each side.
To complete the submission, fill in the Abstract Submission form and select your preferred presentation format. The available formats are: oral presentation, virtual oral presentation, flash oral presentation, poster presentation, virtual poster presentation.
Following the review process, the Organizers may offer a different more suitable presentation format.

Submitted abstracts cannot be modified or corrected after the submission deadline and will be published exactly as submitted.

Submission of an abstract constitutes the author’s consent for publication (e.g. website, programme, Book of Abstracts etc.).

By submitting an abstract, you confirm that the contact details saved in this system are those of the corresponding author, who will be notified about the status of the abstract. The corresponding author is responsible for informing the other authors about the status of the abstract.
PRESENTATIONS INFORMATION
Oral presentation instructions: each presenter will have a maximum of 15 minutes for presenting and 5 minutes for discussion.
Flash oral presentation instructions: each presenter will have a maximum of 5 minutes to share the highlights of their poster.
Poster size should be max A1 format (Width: 594mm x Length: 841mm). Posters have to be pinned vertically.
PARTICIPATION GRANTS FOR SIZEMAT4 ATTENDEES
We are pleased to announce that we anticipate a limited number of participation grants or discount. There are two options:
– limited numbers of discount from the fee for all participants;
– full grant (100%) for students, PhD students and young researchers.
